Belly dance is a joyful and expressive way to move. It’s also a great form of exercise that builds strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Our beginner classes are open to people of all levels, ages, and body types — you don’t need a costume or any dance experience to join.

In this class, you'll learn the foundations of modern belly dance, including posture, isolations, shimmies, and combinations. We move at a comfortable pace, building strength, coordination, and confidence with every class.

All you need is yourself, your enthusiasm, and a willingness to have fun while trying something new.

    • A warm and welcoming space — no experience necessary

    • Technique breakdowns at an easy-to-follow pace

    • Basic isolations, shimmies, and short combos

    • A mix of movement, music, and light-hearted fun
